The service
Kotatsu runs this service. Write to hello@kotatsu.ai with questions.
Kotatsu is a private store and memory for one owner's evidence. AI agents the owner approves use it for the owner. Sign-in is by invitation during early access.
Your account and data
You are responsible for the agents you approve and what they do with your connections. You keep ownership of your data. Kotatsu uses it to run the service as described in the privacy policy.
You can stop using Kotatsu and use Delete my account in Settings at any time. The privacy policy explains what that action removes and what remains in locked backups.
Acceptable use
Do not use Kotatsu for illegal activity, attack the service, or use a connected service against its own terms. Kotatsu can suspend access for abuse.
Google, Cloudflare, Composio, and other connected services have their own terms.
Availability and responsibility
Kotatsu provides the service as it is, without a warranty. The service may change or stop. Kotatsu gives notice where it can.
To the extent the law permits, Kotatsu is not liable for losses from use of the service.
Changes and contact
Kotatsu may change these terms. The date at the top changes when the terms change. For a change that matters, the owner hears about it before it takes effect.
